1. General principle
The user agrees to use Bellisy fairly, lawfully and respectfully of third parties. Any abusive use may lead to suspension or termination under the Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited technical uses
- Unauthorised mass data extraction (scraping).
- Reverse engineering, decompilation or attempts to access the source code.
- Introducing malware (viruses).
- Intrusion attempts, overloading (DDoS) or bypassing security measures.
- Using the API beyond authorised limits.
3. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Phishing, fraud or impersonation.
- Spam or mass unsolicited communications.
- Illegal, hateful, violent content or content infringing others’ rights.
- Sale of illegal products or services.
- Harassment or invasion of privacy.
4. Sanctions and export control
The user agrees to comply with international sanctions and EU export control rules. Bellisy may not be used by persons or entities on sanctions lists, or for purposes prohibited by those rules.
5. Marketplace: reviews, bookings and ratings
- Creating or posting fake reviews, positive or negative, including against a competitor.
- Buying, selling or exchanging reviews or ratings.
- Manipulating ratings (self-rating, fake accounts, incentives).
- Creating fake bookings to inflate activity or generate reviews.
- Diverting Marketplace clients off Bellisy to avoid the commission.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Any abuse can be reported to abuse@bellisy.fr. Bellisy may suspend or terminate access in case of violation and cooperate with the competent authorities where required by law.
