1. What the AI receptionist does
- Answers clients 24/7 on the website, WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Suggests slots and records appointments.
- Sends reminders to reduce no-shows.
- Helps fill empty slots and answers common questions.
2. Informing end clients
The AI receptionist clearly states, at the start of the conversation, that it is an artificial intelligence acting on behalf of the salon (in accordance with the AI Act).
3. Salon verification and responsibility
The salon configures the information (services, hours, prices) and remains responsible for its accuracy. Appointments suggested by the AI can be confirmed or adjusted by the salon. Bellisy recommends verifying sensitive information before confirmation.
4. Third-party service outages
The service depends on third-party providers (WhatsApp/Meta, Instagram, carriers, AI providers). If these services fail, the AI receptionist may be temporarily unavailable. Bellisy is not liable for failures beyond its control.
5. Limitation of liability
Bellisy provides the AI receptionist on a best-efforts basis. Its liability is limited under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service. The salon remains responsible for its client relationship and the beauty service.
