Terms of Sale

1. Seller

Services are sold by INOVA DIGI-TECH (SAS), RCS Nancy 918 907 809, VAT FR26 918 907 809, registered office: Bâtiment D1, 16 Rue de la Côte, 54000 Nancy. Contact: contact@bellisy.fr.

2. Subscriptions and pricing

3 months free. Every new account gets 3 free months. Billing starts automatically at the end of this period unless cancelled beforehand. Prices are shown excluding tax; applicable VAT is added per regulations.

3. Marketplace and commissions

The Bellisy Marketplace connects end clients and salons. A commission is due only when a client is brought by the Marketplace, books and pays via Bellisy.

• Client brought by the Marketplace, booking and payment via Bellisy → commission due.
• Client from the salon’s own Instagram → 0% commission.
• Client from WhatsApp, Google or referral → 0% commission.
• Commission never applies to existing clients or clients brought by the salon itself.

4. Payment

Payment is made by card or PayPal via certified providers. The subscription renews monthly. In case of payment failure, access may be suspended after a reminder.

5. Right of withdrawal

Subscriptions are aimed at professionals acting in the course of their business; the 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The 3-month free period nonetheless allows testing without commitment.

6. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled online at any time (Art. L.215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due for the period started.

7. Invoicing and unpaid amounts

Invoices are issued electronically. In case of late payment, penalties and a fixed recovery indemnity of €40 apply in accordance with the Commercial Code.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction.
