1. Verified reviews only
Core rule. A review can only be left by a client who booked via Bellisy, attended the appointment, and whose booking was marked “completed”. No free, anonymous or unverified reviews are accepted.
2. How a review is collected
- The booking is marked “completed” after the service.
- About 2 hours later, the client receives an invitation to leave a review.
- The client rates the service and may write a comment.
- The review is published with the “Verified Review” status and the visit date.
3. Verified review display
Each published review clearly shows the “Verified by Bellisy” label and the visit date, for example: “Verified by Bellisy — Visit: 12 June 2026”. This guarantees clients that all displayed reviews correspond to real services.
4. Review linked to salon, professional and service
Each review is attached to the salon, the professional who performed the service and the service itself (e.g. salon: Beauty by Anna; professional: Anna Petrova; service: gel polish; date: 12/06/2026). This allows the salon rating, the professional rating and the service rating to be calculated separately.
5. The salon cannot delete a review
To preserve trust, a salon cannot delete a review it dislikes. It can however reply publicly, for example: “We’re sorry your experience did not meet your expectations.”
6. When a review can be removed
Bellisy can remove a review only if it breaks our rules. A salon can report a review, but the decision belongs to Bellisy.
- Spam or advertising content.
- Insults, hate speech or threats.
- Clearly fake or fraudulent reviews.
- Illegal content or content infringing others’ rights (personal data, defamation).
7. No review manipulation
- Buying, selling or exchanging reviews.
- Creating fake reviews (positive or negative), including against a competitor.
- Inducing or forcing a client to leave a review in exchange for a benefit.
- Using fake accounts or fake bookings to generate reviews.
8. Verified review levels

9. Personal data and contact
Reviews are personal data processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The author of a review can request its rectification or deletion at dpo@bellisy.fr. To report a review: support@bellisy.fr.
